With last years media coverage of repairs to Wolf Creek Dam, we want to assure our visitors that there is plenty of water in our giant lake!
Even at 680 feet, Lake Cumberland covers 38,000 surface acres, and is still the third-largest lake in the state, and the number 1 houseboating destination in the United States.
The lowered lake level allows exploration of the shoreline, ease of shoreline docking and the fun of shoreline bonfires.
Lake Cumberland boasts 1250 miles of shoreline, many private coves, and several creeks for boaters enjoyment and privacy.
